Audrie Winsley

Audrie Winsley works as contract faculty in area of Mental Health and Addictions. Her work contributes to the classes in cognitive behaviour techniques, interventions, pharmacology and lifespan development.


Shane Tabobondung

Shane Tabobondung is FNTI’s contract instructor in the Mental Health and Addictions Program. He works in the areas of sociology and history of Indigenous peoples. Mr. Tabobondung has experience as Program Coordinator for the B'saanibamaadsiwin Native Mental Health Program. He has held roles as Chief at the Wasauksing First Nation from Parry Island and guest speaking roles on the subject of culturally appropriate care for Indigenous clients.


Shannon Crate

Shannon Crate is contract faculty at FNTI in the Social Service Worker Program. Her professional experiences in the Child and Family services in the community of the Chippewas of Georgina Island inform her instruction and integration of Indigenous practices and knowledges in the social work field.


Julie Dalgleish

Julie Dalgleish is contract faculty in the Social Service Worker Program. She works in the area of intervention strategies and introduction to social work program.


Jolene Dione

Jolene Saulis Dione is the instructor of helping and instructional skills in the Social Service Worker Program, and communication and Indigenous history for the Community Justice Program. Ms. Dione Is a Maliseet from Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick. For the last 17 years, Jolene has worked with Indigenous issues pre-dominantly in the reconciliation, justice and gender equity areas. Currently, Jolene is a Conflict Resolution Practitioner and trained facilitator with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada. 

She also facilitates the Blanket Exercise for KAIROS and was a member of their planning committee for the closing of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. 


Cecilia Reilly

Cecilia Reilly is a contract faculty in the area of Community Justice Services program. 


Larry Hay

Larry Hay is a contract faculty in FNTI’s Community Justice Services Program. He teaches in area of sociology and criminology. Mr. Hay previously worked as the Chief of Police on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory and as an officer for the RCMP.


Marilyn Plunkett

Marilyn Plunkett is contract faculty in several of FNTI’s programs and course offerings. She was previously the Program Coordinator at FNTI. She has experience in the social work, personal support and nursing fields. She previously worked at St. Lawrence College in the Personal Support Worker Program as well as the bridging program.
