Thank you for applying to the Mental Health and Addiction Worker Program, delivered by FNTI in partnership with Canadore College.

STEP 1: ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Please complete the following application form. It gives us the information we need to process your application, including information that will allow FNTI to retrieve your high school transcript for admissions purposes.  

Virtual

All theoretical components of virtual delivery are carried out online through facilitated and scheduled class times. Click HERE for more delivery information.

You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your application.

STEP 2: SUBMISSION OF TRANSCRIPT AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once you receive the acknowledgement email, FNTI will contact your school to obtain your official transcript. Be aware that it may take 4-6 weeks to receive your transcript.

STEP 3: OFFER OF ADMISSION

Once your documents have been reviewed to ensure that you meet admission and program requirements, you will be contacted by email with an Offer of Admission. You will be asked to respond to ensure your place in the program.
