Thank you for applying to the Mental Health and Addiction Worker FastTrack Program, delivered by FNTI in partnership with Canadore College.

STEP 1: ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

As a Social Service Worker graduate, you are eligible for admission into the Mental Health and Addiction Worker FastTrack Program! Students will take two semesters of academic study and complete one semester of field placement.  Please complete one of the following application forms. It gives us the information we need to process your application, including information that will allow FNTI to retrieve your high school transcript for admissions purposes.  

You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your application.

STEP 2: APPLICATION EVALUATION

One your application is received, our Pathways Officer will reach out to you via email to provide you personalized guidance based on your application, including information on retrieving your college and/or university transcript(s). Please watch your inbox!

STEP 3: OFFER OF ADMISSION

Once your documents have been reviewed to ensure that you meet admission and program requirements, you will be contacted by email with an Offer of Admission. You will be asked to respond to ensure your place in the program.
