Indigenous Garden Harvesting Practices
The coordination of Indigenous community gardens includes applying knowledge and skills in all stages of garden development, including harvesting, celebration and food preparation. Learners will build on their knowledge of planning and planting as they acquire and demonstrate understanding and application in Indigenous community garden harvesting practices, regional food recipes, food preparation and preserving.
