FNTI's Aviation students and their instructors celebrated the end of this academic year with a golf tournament and luncheon at Briar Fox Golf & Country Club in Marysville, ON. The winning golf team came in with a score of 38. All of the teams did very well and shared a lot of laughs. After the round of golf, the students and staff were treated to a chicken or steak lunch, depending on their preference. During the lunch, some prizes were given out to the winning team and by luck of the draw for others. Chief Flight Instructor, Jo-Anne Tabobandung, also took this opportunity to congratulate students on all of their achievements and presented a few awards. April O'Halloran was the recipient of the RBC award. The Bruec Tonner award was presented to Daniella Pettiti. Alex Grogan who recently completed the Aviation program was presented with a very special leather scroll certificate of completion that was beautifully framed in a shadow box by our talented and crafty Programs Team. What a fun and great way to celebrate student success! Congratulations to all of our Aviation students for a job well done this year!
