Congratulations on your decision to apply to the Personal Support Worker Program, delivered by FNTI in partnership with Canadore College.
FNTI's application process has 3 steps:
STEP 1 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Please complete the following application form. It gives us the information we need to process your application.
Within minutes of submitting your application form, you will contacted by email with an Acknowledgement Letter, confirming that we have received your application and listing additional information we will need to complete your application. (If you have not received this email within 5 minutes of submitting your form, please check your junk folder)
STEP 2 SUBMISSION OF TRANSCRIPT AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once you receive the acknowledgement email, FNTI will contact your school to obtain your official transcript (with your permission). Depending on the requirements of your program, you may need to submit additional documentation. You will receive more detailed instructions in your Acknowledgement Letter.
STEP 3 NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Once your documents have been reviewed to ensure you meet admission and program requirements, you will be contacted by email with a Letter of Offer. You will be asked to respond to ensure your place in the program.
