Reporting to the Manager, Systems and Support, the e-Learning Technician, creates an educational experience for learners that successfully teaches them new information and improves their skill level on our various software. As part of the design, development, and training process, the e-Learning Technician assesses training deliverables, defines learning objectives, creates e-Learning content, supports the implementation of training, coordinates uploads to the LMS (Learning Management System), delivers training, and evaluates the effectiveness. As a part of the IT Department, the e-Learning Technician works closely with colleagues and managers to determine requirements throughout the training process and is committed to continuous learning and development.
The Facilities/Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of cleaning and minor maintenance duties in order to provide a healthy, safe, and sanitary environment. This position will work closely with other caretaking staff, FNTI staff, and will report directly to the Facilities Manager.
The Student Success Facilitator (SSF) is the first and on-going point of contact for learners, following their admission to programs, as specifically assigned by the Director, Learner Success and Service Delivery. SSF’s develop and maintain successful relationships with learners and faculty to support students, enhancing their success and FNTI’s profile. SSF’s will be required to effectively organize all aspects of delivery session set-up including attending sessions and to provide support to students and faculty. The SSF also assists with admissions and recruitment in the conversion continuum (prospective students from applicant to registered student).
