Congratulations on your decision to apply to the Mental Health and Addiction Worker Program, delivered in partnership between FNTI and Canadore College.

FNTI's application process has 3 steps:

STEP 1  COMPLETION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Please complete the following application form. It will gives us the information we need to register your application. 
Within minutes of submitting this form, you will receive an acknowledgement email, confirming that we have received your application and listing additional information we will need to complete your application. (if you have not received this email within 5 minutes of submitting your form, please check your junk folder)

STEP 2  SUBMISSION OF TRANSCRIPT AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once you receive our acknowledgement email, you will need to submit your transcript(s) and any other information requested for your program.
 

STEP 3  SUBMISSION OF TRANSCRIPT AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once your documents have been reviewed to ensure you meet program requirements, you will be contacted by email to offer you admission to our program. You will be asked to respond to ensure your seat.
