CONGRATULATIONS! 

Thank you for applying to the Social Services Worker Program, delivered by FNTI in partnership with Canadore College.

FNTI's application process has 3 steps:

 

STEP 1  ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Please complete the following application form. It gives us the information we need to process your application. 

Within minutes of submitting your application form, you will contacted by email with an Acknowledgement Letter, confirming that we have received your application and listing additional information we will need to complete your application including a completed transcript release form.

SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE IN RETRIEVING YOUR TRANSCRIPT, please complete this Transcript Release Consent Form which will enable us to assist you.

(If you have not received this email within 5 minutes of submitting your form, please check your junk folder)

 

STEP 2  SUBMISSION OF TRANSCRIPT AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Once you receive the acknowledgement email and submit your transcript release form, FNTI will contact your school to obtain your official transcript. You will receive more detailed instructions in your Acknowledgement Letter on additional documentation that may be required.

 

STEP 3  NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

Once your documents have been reviewed to ensure you meet admission and program requirements, you will be contacted by email with a Letter of Offer. You will be asked to respond to ensure your place in the program.
